The FGD process

Consumer insights extracted during FGDs can provide fact based data and information crucial to support the decision making process

> FGDs can be done either in-house or outside and we propose a minimum of 4 groups.
> A Mindspace® recruiter will select respondents to fit with clients' targetted consumer profiles and criteria.
> Areas to cover include key important cities and specific client regions i.e. urban/semi-urban/rural.
> Because we know you want information that is meaningful to your organization we believe in being flexible
   in our methodologies, process and procedures.
