Asti started as a qualitative researcher at Synovate Marketing Research over 20 years ago, prior to joining Coca-Cola Indonesia’s Business insight team. She then moved to Unilever Indonesia’s Consumer Insight team at the local and regional level.

She has moved on since then and became an independent qualitative research with UNDP and Kemitraan.

Bibiana fell in love with brand management when she started as an ABM for a fabric softener product. She discovered how brand forms a relationship with consumers, by playing a role in their lives. That love for insights on brands and consumers remains to this day.

Since then, she has spent over 25 years growing brands in Sara Lee Household, New Zealand Milk and Danone Water. The last 7 years spent working on various projects in Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and Indonesia markets for Danone.
